• dynamic, suitably qualified, experienced, customer-orientated personal assistant who is prepared to undertake all duties and activities that ensure the smooth, efficient running of the nursing management suite. • Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient’s arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule, and reminding providers of service delays.

• Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies, and scheduling equipment service and repairs.
• Assume responsibility and accountability for the successful completion of all assigned tasks through management of time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently and accurately, considering all areas involved, no matter how small, in all aspects of the job

• Assist Nursing Unit Manager as and when required with various requests to ensure the smooth running of the unit eg obtaining stickers from reception, medication from pharmacy, linen, stationery etc
• Daily auditing, reconciling and billing of patient files, cycle counts, and stock take and daily management of stock whilst complying with billing protocol and policies
